Takayama Ukon

1552-1615 His name is actually Shigetomo, Ukon is really a position he held, but that's what he went by. Ukon was best known for being a Christain to the end, even when it was unpopular, hence he was exiled. There are statues of him in the Manila where he was exiled to, he is the only Japanese to have staues of him outside of Japan. He was also known for serving Hideyoshi for most of his career.
