Page 2 of the Bob special in vol 2. Incase anyone is wondering what the heck Sunstreaker is talking about, he designed armor on Cybertron for a living, and was very good at it. He is currently working on a new armor, the red shoulders is a call out to his G1 figure's red shoulders that are not present on the cartoon model, hence why he can't decide.
